Booking

You can make a payment to us with a credit or debit card by PayPal.

A deposit of 2 nights  is required, with the balance to be paid  on arrival in cash.

Please contact us by phone or email first to check availability. We have many enquiries and we can only confirm a booking once we have received a deposit.

Any cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before your booked stay, or you may forfeit your deposit.

• Bed linen and towels are included (changed weekly)

• Car park for free opposite the house or there are available tickets which are £15  all day in front of the house
  

•  NOT  DISABLED ACCESS

• -Guests must take great care not to lose or misuse the key(s) to the home. Please pay attention to the instructions that the host family will give you concerning the security to the house (locks, alarms etc...). If you lose the keys to the home, you must be prepared to have to pay for the replacement cost.
    
  -Cancellations & refunds during stay:
  There are non-refunds if a guest decides to terminate their accommodation early.
  There will be no refund in any circumstance if the guests cancel the booking and give notice 1 week priority to their stay.
  There is 50% refund from the whole amount of the booking paid but costs will be added for the refund transactions.
  -Deposit payment are not refundable.
